About

Matt's culinary journey, which began at a French-focused chef school, has shaped his dedication to sharing the joy of cooking with others. With over a decade of devoted cheffing in renowned global eateries and having successfully launched French all-day brasserie Maison Francois, Matt has turned to social media to share his recipes. All of them are set out clearly and include tips, pointers, and essentials that he has picked up over his many years cooking these recipes professionally, with the aim of demystifying and celebrating the timeless classics of French cooking.

"I chose the Dual Fuel Range with the charbroiler and griddleas it gives me the best of both worlds, with gas hobs for excellent temperature control and a dual convection electric oven. The fact that there are eight cooking modes, which provide four different heat sources within the same oven also greatly attracted me. This function means I can roast, proof bread and griddle using the same appliance. It also reduces cooking time and gives even browning without drying out the food.
