Purpose of the Role
• Generate sales leads and commercial opportunities.
• As well as a competitive salary a commission scheme is also available based
on leads generated and appointments hosted.
• Familiarity with the product range and that of competitors
Responsibilities and Experience
We are looking for an energetic and resourceful individual to interact with the
luxury Interior design world, Architects, relevant hospitality sectors, developers
and super prime contract development teams to increase brand awareness and
drive footfall into our Brompton Road showroom.
Day to Day requirements:
Part time position hours to be agreed.
• Experience in working in high end luxury brands in either the interiors,
furniture or appliance sector.
• Should have the maturity to take ownership of the role and the flexibility to
deal with a variety of daily challenges.
• Must be adaptable and proactive.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Should be a master communicator and comfortable with face-to-face
negotiations.
• Will be an adept “juggler” and capable of multi-tasking.
• Should be able to provide a consultative sales approach
• Be self-motivated and punctual.
• Be committed to excellence and have high standards of integrity.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Targets
• Drive the brand and sales forward with developers, architects, and interior
designers
• Generate sales leads
• Be super connected across the design and development community
• Attend and host relevant networking groups and events
• Generate traffic and promote supplier visits to the BR showroom
• Catalogue and monitor developments in London and the wider geographical
relevant areas
• Be aware of who is building/developing what and where
• As well as a competitive salary, a commission scheme will also be available.
