Thomas Straker is a British chef, restaurateur, and viral social media personality celebrated for his simple, seasonal cooking, love of butter, and farm-to-table ethos, shaped by his upbringing on a smallholding in Herefordshire where he learned the foundations of farming, foraging, and hunting. After training in some of London’s most prestigious kitchens, including The Dorchester and Dinner, Thomas went on to open his acclaimed Notting Hill restaurant, Straker’s, and later launched his successful butter brand, All Things Butter, which has brought his passion for quality, accessible cooking to a global audience.
Thomas is now developing an exciting new private dining space in partnership with Sub-Zero & Wolf, next to his restaurant, set to open soon, where his distinctive culinary style will be elevated by the performance and precision of our appliances.
