In today's session we will be focusing on cooking meat in the steam oven. Chef Olivia will be giving helpful tips on sealing in moisture while browning the edges.

Join us in our NEW Subterranean Theatre Kitchen at our Knightsbridge showroom for a two hour hands on, interactive cooking session with our new Chef & home economist Olivia Burt.

This session is particularly beneficial to clients who have purchased our Wolf steam oven, and who would like to get the very best from it.
