We are seeking a sociable, fun individual with a strong knowledge base and excellent communication skills. You should be personable and knowledgeable. You will have practical experience providing first-level support to an internal user base in a business environment and handling in-person service requests.

Key Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Microsoft 365, Craft CMS, Oracle NetSuite, and Salesforce.
- Mobile phone and VoIP system management.
- Office Applications support.
- Windows Server knowledge.
- Understanding of user administration in Active Directory.
- Networking/Wifi/Firewalls knowledge.
- Printer management.
- Hardware management/build/setup.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience providing first-level support to an internal user base.
- Salesforce Certified Admin certification would be an advantage
- Craft CMS / WordPress admin/knowledge would be an advantage
- Knowledge/understanding of Sonos/AV setups would be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
- Self-motivated achiever able to think logically, meet deadlines, and effectively prioritise workload.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
