Become a baking guru with Wolf’s Bakestone kit, which includes a wooden handled, stainless steel paddle to easily transfer dough onto and off of the hot stone. A dedicated steel rack, to ensure the stone is located correctly and safely over the hidden bakestone elements which are built into the floor of the oven and of course, the bakestone itself; a 425mm W x 375mm D x 22mm H pressed cordierite ceramic stone designed to effectively draw moisture out of the dough while it cooks directly on the surface of the bakestone.
The combination of the bakestone, along with Wolf oven’s heating elements and fans creates a ‘brick oven’ effect, which produces the perfect crust, combined with a light loaf texture for professional baking results every time.
