Simon Rimmer is an English chef, restaurateur and television presenter widely known for co-hosting Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch alongside Tim Lovejoy, following their earlier work on Something for the Weekend.
Self-taught in the kitchen after originally studying fashion and textile design, Simon bought the vegetarian restaurant Greens in Manchester in 1990 and later opened Earle in Hale.
On television, he has cooked and presented across many shows, including Win It, Cook It, Tricks of the Restaurant Trade, Eat the Week with Iceland and Secrets of Our Favourite Snacks, and he remains a familiar face on British food TV.
Simon is also an author of several cookbooks, a regular guest at food festivals and events, and hosts a Saturday morning show on Gold Radio.
