Elliot’s love for cooking began at home, baking with his mum, a passion that quickly grew into a clear ambition to become a chef. At just 15, he joined the prestigious Petersham Hotel as a trainee, gaining early hands-on experience and earning a place on the Specialised Chef Scholarship programme at Bournemouth and Poole College.
He went on to train at the InterContinental Hotel, Park Lane, graduating with distinction in both cookery and pastry, before refining his craft at Claridge’s, where precision, discipline and the highest-quality ingredients shaped his approach to fine dining.
Elliot later launched JP Dining, creating bespoke menus for private clients, from intimate dinners to luxury weddings and large-scale events.
He is now also our Corporate Chef, leading our Master Your Wolf cooking demonstrations and hosting private events for our dealer network, combining professional expertise with an engaging, hands-on approach.
