mouth-watering experience featuring a flight of six premium
wines, each perfectly paired with artisan cheeses and
delicious accompaniments like British charcuterie, candied
nuts, chocolate, and truffle honey. Enjoy a welcome glass of
champagne and a 2-hour guided tasting led by sommelier
and cheesemonger Jessica Summer, founder of Mouse &
Grape. Guests will also receive tasting notes and a guide
booklet to enhance their experience.
